The Ram 3500 has a 6.7 liter Cummins turbo diesel six-cylinder with 350 horsepower and 650 ft-lbs of torque. The turbocharger is mounted on the side of the engine to simplify the design and reduce heat build-up.

The mega cab has room for six people and has a total of 143.3 cubic feet of volume. The rear seats can be folded up for a large flat load floor.

The mega cab offers 15 inches more length than an average quad cab, reclining rear seats, built-in trays and a large load floor with the rear seats folded down. A DVD entertainment system and power sunroof are available.
